ANNUAL PREMIUM RATES IS BASED ON AGE NEXT BIRTH DATE

Above premium rates are for one year coverage for standard acceptance cases only.
The same loading rate will be imposed to the existing lives assured who have been charged extra health premium
The premium rate is based on age next birthday as at renewal date (1st May of the year).
ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION
- Full Time Active Agent
- Age 65 next birthday and below
- The participation of an Agent under this scheme is automatically terminated when
- the agent leaves Great Eastern for any reason
- the agent reaches age 69 next birthday
DETAILS OF THE BENEFITS
Cover Death up to 69 age next birthday.
Cover TPD up to 65 age next birthday. (TPD Compensation – 10% on the 1st year and balance 90% the following year.)
RENEWAL OF POLICY
The Scheme is automatically renewed on 1st May of every year.
Existing participation are automatically renewed provided agency contract is not terminated or reaching maximum eligibility participation age or requesting to stop coverage.
PREMIUM PAYMENT
Premium is payable in 2 half-yearly installments through commission deduction on the following months
- 1st Installment = 30th April
- 2nd Installment = 30th October
If premium deduction fails on the above mentioned month, second attempt will be made in mid of following month. Failing which, a SMS or reminder letter (if necessary) will be sent to you for your necessary action – to make payment.
Please note that Group Insurance Department will only accept your cash / cheque payment when there is insufficient credit in your account.
